Before listing your home we will work with you to fill out all of the required disclosure forms, gather permits, gather surveys, and hire a professional home measurer. While beautiful pictures will help you home to go under contract, these details will ensure that your home stays under contract.

Every room in your house will have a chance to stand out with a printed features brochure as part of your marketing material. I pay close attention to hidden features that add value to your home regarding surround sound, updated systems, designer tile, etc.
