Carla is an amazing Realtor! We met her buying a new home in Mooresville. We had a very difficult time selling our current home in Sherrill's Ford. We were so impressed with her we decided let her be the listing agent on that house as well. Carla diagnosed our challenges, made suggestions and was able to get our house sold in a couple months when the two previous realtors were unsuccessful for over 2 years! Some years later she helped me purchase another home back in Sherrills Ford. I told her what I was looking for and she called me when a house came up exactly where and what I wanted. The For Sale sign was not even in the ground yet and she was able to get me and appointment to see the house. We walked in the door at 9am and I made an offer by Noon. I closed on the house in 3 weeks thanks to her! When shopping for a realtor it is difficult to know what you are going to get but with Carla, she will exceed your expectations!
