Jen and Mike had a unique situation as they sought to bring two households into one. This can be quite challenging as our older generations age and need the comfort and care from immediate family but still crave the independence that they once enjoyed. Trying to meet these challenges can be difficult in the best of times; but if you add in each families specific set of needs, a global pandemic, and a tight timeline, this can make the situation seem almost insurmountable. Creative thinking, calm heads and a clear path eventually brought this plan to light. Timing of the sell of their main home and the transition to the new home required careful market planning and a positive attitude for the most difficult days. It was such an honor to bring this family into their next chapter and I can't wait to see how their new family unit thrives.
