Welcome to Lake Norman

Choosing Your Dream Lake Location

There are many factors that will go into choosing the perfect spot within the 522 miles of Lake Norman‘s Shoreline. Some considerations are taxes, which are usually lower outside of Mecklenburg County, but also a greater distance to the city's attractions. When considering a home on the lake or even near the lake, expertise matters. Dock permits, septic permits, and surveys will all play an important role to ensuring that your lake property is valuable now and into the future. I am familiar with the necessary steps to take when considering a lake purchase and also have the contacts in place to guide you through the entire process.
